by featured old locomotive, it interprets the culture and local railway characteristics in the old town. On the locomotive, it creates the children who sit or lie down. Thus, Fugang is surrounded in the climate of reading.

LAI Zhe-Xiang received his Master’s degree in art from the College of Arts of University of Madrid, Spain, the first place in the 38th National Art Exhibition and the Sculpture Award of the 10th Art Exhibition, has been the lecturer of Department of Sculpture, Taipei National University of the Arts and Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health and was awarded as the honorary alumnus of the 60th anniversary of National Lo-Tung Senior High School, Yilan​
